Houses at The Grand Victoria Estates are built using sturdy, high-quality materials. The external walls of this bungalow-type unit are made of 5-inch concrete hollow blocks, while the internal partitions use 4-inch blocks. The roofing system features rib-type long-span sheets supported by steel trusses, with a gypsum board ceiling. For moisture resistance, the ceilings in the comfort rooms, carport, and eaves are made of fiber cement board. The ground floor is finished with ceramic tiles.
Each house includes fully equipped comfort rooms with a shower set, lavatory, and water closet. Windows are fitted with Analok sliding panels to maximize natural light.
Before the foundation is poured, all houses undergo termite control treatment. Atlanta-brand pipes are used for the electrical conduits, plumbing, as well as telephone and cable lines.
